Loosely, the flat brackets by dwelling size arrive at a studio about $480–$720, a one-bedroom $720–$1,150, a two-bedroom $1,150–$1,950, a three-bedroom $1,950–$3,300, plus a four-bedroom $3,100–$5,000.
