Campbell tends to keep owners put for many years, so plenty of our jobs here are people finally moving up or down inside the same handful of square miles. The strollable downtown by the Pruneyard and Campbell Avenue is ringed with 1950s family bungalows on real parcels, the Los Gatos Creek Trail threading through and newer condos filling in by the light-rail platform.
