Santa Clara fills a sizable chunk of each week’s schedule. The city packs in tight around Levi’s Stadium and Santa Clara University, and the Nvidia and Intel campuses pull thousands of engineers into the apartment towers and townhome rows along Tasman, Coleman, and Bowers. Most of these jobs go dense and vertical: a leased one-bedroom in a Rivermark mid-rise, a townhouse near the Old Quad, a stadium-side podium where Sunday event traffic shuts down half the surrounding blocks. Our drivers have logged which Tasman buildings release the loading bay hourly and which Coleman lots leave clearance for a long box.

Much of this work is engineers and their kit. Dual-display rigs, a tower whirring beneath the desk, a mechanical-keyboard habit, every so often a little home lab with a pair of servers humming away in a hall closet. Both game weekends and weekday shift turnover choke the lots by Tasman, so we lock the elevator slot with the front desk and walk the load through that window. These complexes nearly always request a current insurance document up front, which we email the office several days out. Anything from a studio through to a loaded two-bed gets done on the building schedule at a number locked beforehand.
